By making an online reservation for car rental booking or accommodation with globalCARS.com.au you agree to the following user agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the following user agreement, you must not use this site.


globalCARS.com.au makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its web site is accurate.

However, globalCARS.com.au cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults and retains the right to update & change information published on the site at any time.
You must be at least 18 years of age to book car rental / accommodation online with globalCARS.com.au

You agree that you will not transmit or otherwise transfer any Web pages, data or content found on this site to any other computer, server, Web site, or other medium for mass distribution or for use in any commercial enterprise.

You have read the globalCARS.com.au Privacy Policy, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable. You consent to the use of your personal information by globalCARS.com.au in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in the globalCARS.com.au Privacy Policy.

This site contains links to other Web sites which are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by globalCARS.com.au of the contents of such other Web sites. If you decide to access other Web sites, you do so at your own risk.

The Client will be required to provide a credit card at the car rental collection counter or hotel check-in to cover incidental charges and may be required to provide photo ID.


CAR RENTAL

globalCARS.com.au negotiates rates with its suppliers and extends these offers to its customers. We then makes the reservation with the car rental company and confirms all such reservations with you. To obtain these rates the renter is required to pre pay in full the invoiced amount. Any extras such as one way fees or child seats are paid directly to the car rental company at the time of collection of the vehicle. Payment is usually required to be made via a credit card.

We will electronically provide complete rental documentation on final payment of your car rental reservation. This documentation must be retained and presented to the car rental company upon collection of the vehicle.

We will not be responsible for car rentals not provided upon the basis of the non-presentation of the documentation supplied.

Changing or canceling your booking details may incur extra charges
If you decide to cancel/amend your booking, this be effective ONLY by contacting us at globalCARS

All vehicle descriptions, images and representations are examples only and are subject to change and availability without notice.

The customer takes full responsibility for the choice and selection of the vehicle which is being reserved, including the suitability of the purpose for which it is being rented. You are responsible for deciding if the vehicle is large enough to fit the proposed number of passengers and the appropriate amount of luggage.


YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CAR SUPPLIER

You will be requested to sign a "rental agreement" with a car rental company when collecting your vehicle and it is your responsibility to ensure that the rental details on such agreement accord with the rental documentation supplied by us to you.


You are responsible for any additional purchases debited to your credit card after the rental agreement with the local supplied has been supplied.

You should satisfy yourself that you understand and agree to the terms of a rental contract entered into and you should be aware that you will be subject to and must comply with the terms of such agreement and with the law as applicable at such place from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, the car rental quotation includes all local taxes and charges
